We got together with our neighbors and did our back pasture burn this weekend. It didn't quite go as planned, but nothing BAD happened. We raced the fire for a while, lost control for a while.
you're off to a good start! I really enjoyed your journaliing entries. Oh and welcome to EDM. It's definitely a fun group. Unfortunately I get tooo caught up in looking at and reading everyones blogs and photo sites! LOL. Oh well....
Welcome to EDM, John. It looks like you've got a great start on your journals. (Those field burns can be scary. The cattle ranchers in the area where I live in Oregon burn the pastures periodically and I always expect the fires to jump the lines and burn my house down.....but so far, so good!)
I'll bet you are the same "John" from LTJ aren't you! I recognize your wonderful style. Glad to see you've started a blog for your journaling. And looking forward to seeing more of your wonderful pages.
