I've been watching the weather map as the northeast has been enjoying warmer weather than I am here in Kingman AZ but yesterday and today are wonderful. I already have the door open and it's before noon!

Why don't you want these cedars? Do they just sprout too many of them? We get lots of stickers and the dogs have to be brushed every evening now through summer due to them. The alternative is to scrape the dirt clean and look at bare earth - I choose the wild flowers turn stickers.Timareehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15769047120660859743noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9182692865891013440.post-9113373354395255462010-04-17T18:04:40.844-07:002010-04-17T18:04:40.844-07:00Around this neck of the woods seedlings like that ...Around this neck of the woods seedlings like that are called "whips", and they are sold by our conservation department to folks who want new plants in their yards. They also make good drawing subjects, as I can clearly see by your post! nancynanke's stuffhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11597989427187199295noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9182692865891013440.post-56101630055157606142010-04-17T17:07:12.792-07:002010-04-17T17:07:12.792-07:00My nemeses are baby oak and walnut trees, planted ...My nemeses are baby oak and walnut trees, planted courtesy of the many squirrels, but I don't think I've ever recovered THAT number. I have tiny little mimosas over the entire two acres of property. I have tons of gardens scattered about and I fight the things constantly!! I think 877 would be about right (in the gardens), for now, but they keep coming all summer!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00231453420718519162noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9182692865891013440.post-48803387454273807672010-04-17T10:10:13.125-07:002010-04-17T10:10:13.125-07:00Love the design you used to organize your post in ...Love the design you used to organize your post in the journal.
